We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with at least 7 years of proven expertise in managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in construction management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
