Business Analyst – Consultant I (B3)

Experience: 9+ Years

Role Summary

Support CXI Discovery through process analysis, documentation, workshop support, and stakeholder follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Document current-state processes, workshop notes, decisions, and action items.
- Create process maps, assessment notes, and discovery artifacts.
- Support research, data analysis, gap analysis, and findings.
- Maintain trackers, repositories, and deliverable traceability.
- Support Consultants/BA Leads with analysis and presentations.

Must Have

- 2–5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Process Consulting, PMO, or Transformation.
- Healthcare domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience in healthcare payer, claims, member experience, G&A;, audit, or regulatory workflows.
- Robust process mapping, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.




- Experience with stakeholder workshops and requirements documentation
