Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver Communicative English lessons focused on improving students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing (LSRW) skills.

- Design interactive classroom activities such as group discussions, debates, role plays, presentations, and storytelling to enhance fluency and confidence.

- Help students develop pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar through engaging and practical exercises.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and evaluation materials aligned with CBSE / school curriculum standards.

- Conduct assessments to monitor students’ language progress and provide individual feedback for improvement.

- Incorporate audio-visual aids, language labs, and digital tools to make learning more effective and enjoyable.

- Motivate students to use English confidently in academic and real-life communication.

- Participate in language enrichment programs, school events, and teacher training workshops.





- Maintain records of students’ performance and collaborate with colleagues to plan integrated language activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in English / English Literature / Linguistics / Functional English or Any degree.

- Minimum 1 to 4 years of teaching experience in English or Communicative English/Soft skill trainer.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.

- Creative and student- centered teaching approach.

- Familiarity with language learning methodologies and up-to-date teaching tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
