Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Communication Protocol, IoT & Cloud Integration Design Engineers for the development and integration of Hybrid Inverters, Solar Inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

The candidate will be responsible for communication architecture, embedded connectivity, IoT gateway development, cloud integration, remote monitoring, diagnostics, EMS/SCADA integration and secure device-to-cloud communication.

Mandatory Requirement: Hands-on experience in Inverter Design is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop communication architecture for Hybrid Inverters and BESS.
- Develop communication interfaces between Inverter, BMS, EMS, SCADA and third-party systems.
- Work on industrial communication protocols including:
- CAN / CAN-FD

- Modbus RTU/TCP

- RS485

- Ethernet

- UART

- SPI / I2C

- MQTT
- OPC-UA

- IEC 61850
- Design and develop IoT gateways for remote monitoring and control.
- Integrate Wi-Fi, Ethernet, LTE/4G/5G and NB-IoT communication modules.
- Develop device-to-cloud communication and integrate with Azure IoT, AWS IoT, Google Cloud or custom cloud platforms.
- Develop APIs and middleware for device-cloud connectivity.
- Implement FOTA/OTA, device provisioning, remote configuration and remote diagnostics.
- Develop telemetry systems for energy monitoring and predictive maintenance.
- Integrate Hybrid Inverters and BESS with EMS, SCADA, VPP and Smart Grid platforms.
- Develop REST APIs / Web Services for system integration.
- Work on application development using C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, .NET MAUI or Blazor.
- Work with SQL Server, queries and stored procedures.
- Implement cybersecurity features including TLS/SSL,



authentication, authorization, certificate management, Secure Boot and secure OTA.
- Conduct communication protocol testing, interoperability testing and network troubleshooting.
- Support product validation, certification and field deployment.

Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in:

Experience

- 5-12 years of relevant experience in IoT, embedded connectivity, communication systems or energy products.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Inverter Design is mandatory.
- Experience in Hybrid Inverters, Solar Inverters, BESS, EV Chargers or Industrial IoT products preferred.

Candidate Profile Candidates should have a strong combination of Inverter Design + Embedded Communication + IoT + Cloud Integration experience. Experience in developing communication architecture and integrating inverters/BESS with BMS, EMS, SCADA and cloud platforms will be highly preferred.
