About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to develop relationships with businesses and companies and understand their commercial property requirements.

The role involves meeting clients, understanding their business and location requirements, researching suitable properties, coordinating with property owners and internal teams, and developing new business opportunities.

This position involves a combination of client relationship management, business development, market research, and commercial property coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet businesses and companies to understand their commercial property requirements.
- Speak with business owners, managers, and relevant decision-makers.
- Understand requirements such as location, property size, budget, parking, accessibility, and property type.
- Identify suitable commercial properties based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with property owners and the internal team regarding available properties.
- Arrange property visits and assist clients during site visits when required.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with existing clients.
- Identify and connect with new businesses that may have commercial property requirements.
- Research commercial property availability, rental rates, locations, and local market activity.
- Maintain records of client discussions, requirements, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist with preparing property information,



proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate between clients, property owners, and internal teams.
- Support discussions and negotiations between relevant parties.
- Develop long-term professional relationships with business clients and property owners.
- Share market feedback and business opportunities with the management team.
- Take responsibility for assigned client requirements and ensure timely coordination.

Skills & Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and professional clients.
- Good listening and requirement-understanding skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct basic market research.
- Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru for meetings and property visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Previous experience in business development, real estate, sales, marketing, or client management is an advantage.

Eligibility
- MBA or any graduate degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in business development may also be considered.
- Candidates should be comfortable with client meetings and local travel.
