- Prepare and pack customer orders accurately.
- Hand over orders to delivery partners and customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and work area.
- Assist with basic coffee shop operations.
- Support the team during busy hours.
- Check packaging and ensure orders are complete.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
