As Co-Founder Product Development & Operations, you will work closely with the founder to develop our first product, establish the supply chain, and build the operational foundation for launch.

This is an prospect for someone who wants to take ownership, make decisions, and contribute to building a meaningful food business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead product formulation, development, and sensory testing.
- Identify and coordinate with food scientists, ingredient suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Develop product costing, sourcing, packaging, and quality-control processes.
- Coordinate product trials and support regulatory compliance.
- Build the operational roadmap from MVP to commercial launch.
- Contribute to business strategy, partnerships, and future product development.

What We Are Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing, Nutrition, or a related field.

38 years of experience in food product development, formulation, FMCG,



or food manufacturing.

Practical understanding of food product development and manufacturing processes.

Strong problem-solving and execution skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to work hands-on.

Interest in nutrition, plant-based foods, and building a consumer brand.

Compensation & Benefits
