Experience:2 to 5 years VMC & CNC

Must have: Read drawings, use measuring tools (Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge), basic CNC maintenance

Load raw materials, install tools, and calibrate machine settings before starting production.

Start the machine, oversee the cutting or milling process, and adjust feed rates or speeds as needed.

Clear chips, lubricate components, replace dull tool inserts, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

Responsible for first-off approval, quality, and productivity.

Set up VMCs (work holding, tool selection, tool length & wear offsets).

Prove-out programs safely; optimize feeds/speeds to meet cycle time targets.

Perform first-off and in-process inspection, record results.

Troubleshoot chatter, tool wear, surface finish, dimensional issues.

Maintain 5S, basic preventive maintenance, coolant and tool life logs.

Support quick changeovers for small/medium batch production.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
