Job Summary:

The CNG Dispenser Maintenance Technician is responsible for the operation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNG dispensers and related equipment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and productive functioning of CNG fueling systems by adhering to technical standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of CNG dispensers to ensure proper operation.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in dispensers.
- Replace defective parts and components as needed, such as valves, hoses, nozzles.

Inspection and Troubleshooting:

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential equipment malfunctions.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues and restore system functionality.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Prepare service reports, logs, and inventory updates for tools and spare parts.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure that all maintenance and repair work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Perform risk assessments before commencing work and use appropriate safety gear.
- Conduct leak tests and pressure checks on CNG systems to ensure safety.

Technical Support:





- Provide technical guidance and training to other staff on dispenser operations and maintenance.
- Collaborate with equipment manufacturers and suppliers for advanced troubleshooting.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering.
- Experience: 0 -4 (Freshers Can Also Apply)
