Key Responsibilities:

- Job Card &
- Program Verification:

Read job travelers, drill/route drawings, and load correct CNC drill/route programs into machine controllers.

- Setup &

- Tooling:

Select and inspect drill bits and routing cutters; install tools, collets, and backup/entry boards; set tool parameters and run zero-point calibrations.

- Machine Operation: Load PCB panels onto CNC drilling and routing machine beds, set registration pins, and run production cycles safely and efficiently.

- In-Process Quality Inspection: Perform first-piece and continuous quality checks using micrometers, pin gauges, vernier calipers, or microscope to verify hole diameter, hole registration, depth, and edge quality.

- Preventive Maintenance &

- Cleanliness:

Clean machine beds, vacuum suction systems, and spindle dust collectors; perform daily and monthly maintenance checklists; replace worn tooling.

- Safety &

- Record Keeping:

Follow PPE protocols, 5S house-keeping standards,



and maintain logs for production output, scrap/rejection rates, tool life, and machine downtime.

- Operator Training: Help train and guide apprentice or junior operators on machine setup, tool selection, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications &

- Experience:

- Education: 10th / 12th + ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics

- Experience: 2–5 years of experience operating CNC drilling or routing machines in a PCB manufacturing environment (experience with machines like Schmoll, Posalux, Excellence, or similar is a plus).

- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Vernier,Caliper,Pin Gauge, tool measuring instruments, speed/feed rates, and PCB mechanical tolerances.

- Computer Skills: Basic Knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
