Join the CNC Section of our Production team in Bengaluru. This is a hands-on learning role: you will run CNC machines for simple jobs using ready programs, with an experienced CNC Setter guiding you at every step. No prior CNC experience is needed - we train you fully, from your first day.
What you will do:
- Run CNC machines for simple jobs using programs that are already set
- Load, unload, and clamp parts correctly on the machine
- Check basic sizes with vernier and micrometer (we teach you how)
- Do first-piece checks with the Setter/QC before running full production
- Report any wrong-size or defective part immediately - never pass on bad parts
- Keep your machine and work area clean: daily oil/coolant checks and 5S
- Fill the daily production log every shift
- Follow all safety rules and wear PPE at all times
What we are looking for:
- ITI (Machinist / Turner / Fitter)
preferred; 10th or 12th pass with genuine interest in machines can also apply
- 0-3 years of experience; freshers welcome
- Ready to learn, follows instructions, regular and on time
- Can read numbers and easy drawings, or willing to learn
- Safety-first attitude
