Role & responsibilities:
1. Branch Management - Oversee Micro, Rural Insurance operations across multiple bank branches within the assigned cluster, ensuring consistent service delivery and sales processes
2. Team Leadership - Lead, coach and develop relationship managers and sales personnel across cluster branches to maximize their selling potential and product knowledge
3. GWP Target Achievement - Drive Gross Written Premium targets and revenue goals through strategic planning, monitoring, and implementing corrective actions across the cluster
4. Performance Monitoring - Track and analyze key performance indicators including conversion rates, policy renewals, customer acquisition, and individual team member productivity
5. Business Development Targets - Achieve customer acquisition targets, cross-selling objectives, and market penetration goals while maintaining compliance and service quality standards
