Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the operations and performance of multiple retail stores.

- Coordinate with distributors for product availability, stock replenishment, and smooth supply.

- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.

- Ensure consistent brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service across stores.

- Recruit, train, and manage retail teams across multiple locations.

- Monitor inventory and minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and wastage.

- Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and business targets across stores.

- Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, compliance, merchandising, and team performance.

- Handle customer escalations and ensure a valuable customer experience.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and audit standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



Retail Management, or a related field.

- 5–7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, or Personal Care.

- Hands-on experience working with distributors and channel partners.

- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales planning.

- Strong team leadership and people management skills.

- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned store locations.
