CTC - Upto 10-12 LPA (industry standard )
Candidates preferable location - Sonipat, Panipat, YamunaNagar, Hissar, Rohtak
CRITERIA
1. Must be a Graduate
2. Should have 4-6 years of experience
3. Should have 2-3 years of Team Handling Experience
4. Candidates from Bancassurance with prior Direct Distribution experience are eligible
5. Should have positive local network
6. Should have sound knowledge of Financial Industry
7. Local Candidates are preferred
JOB HIGHLIGHT :
• Number of Customer meeting per day
• Delivery of Minimum business guarantee
• Creating Leads through campaigns /Cold calling
• Documentation, logins & Issuance tracking.
• Lead / Feedback / Referral Updating on LMS
• Meeting Business targets: Achievement of Business plan
• Customer servicing/ Renewals
