Role: Cloud Infrastructure & Operations Consultant

Work Mode : WFO (6 Days)

Azure Cloud Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise cloud environments. The role will have end-to-end ownership of Azure infrastructure administration, IAM/RBAC, security, monitoring, performance, cost optimization, and disaster recovery operations.

The candidate will be responsible for investigating and remediating cloud platform operational issues, handling P1/P2 incidents within defined SLAs, performing VM, network, storage, and platform troubleshooting, and executing standard operational runbooks. The role also requires close coordination with cloud providers, OEMs, and central infrastructure teams for complex issues, RCA, and resolution.

The position requires strong hands-on Azure expertise, a customer-focused approach, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a 24x7/on-call enterprise support environment.

- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure / Cloud Operations / Managed Services.
- Experience managing enterprise Azure environments, including Compute, Networking, Storage, IAM/RBAC, Monitoring, Security, and Governance.
- Proven experience in investigating, troubleshooting,



and remediating cloud platform operational issues.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL, alert management, diagnostics, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud, security recommendations, threat alerts, and cloud security posture improvement.
- Experience in Azure cost analysis, resource utilization, rightsizing, and cost optimization.
- Experience planning, executing, validating, and documenting Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.
- Solid troubleshooting experience across VM availability/performance, network connectivity, storage, snapshots, and standard cloud operational activities.
- Experience performing incident triage, root-cause analysis, problem management, and technical escalation.
- Experience coordinating with Microsoft/AWS/Jio Cloud, OEMs, vendors, and central infrastructure teams for complex issues and RCA.
- Experience working in customer-facing enterprise environments with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Exposure to AWS, Jio Cloud, private cloud, or hybrid-cloud environments will be an added advantage.
