Role Description The Clinical Study Associate (Pharmacy/Dental/Lifesciences) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical studies in alignment with QREC protocols and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with site selection and initiation, coordinating with investigators and site staff, managing study documentation, and ensuring accurate data collection and entry. The role involves monitoring study progress, supporting ethics and regulatory submissions, tracking timelines and deliverables, and maintaining communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.





The associate will also help with preparing study-related reports, presentations, and basic medical writing tasks as needed. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring regular collaboration with clinical and operations teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with investigators, site staff, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Research-related skills for literature review, data collection support, and basic data interpretation.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Lifesciences (Pharmacy, Dental, or related fields) to understand study protocols and clinical terminology.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Clinical Trials processes, documentation standards, and regulatory or ethical compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Healthcare systems and patient-centric practices relevant to real-world and observational studies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Dental, Lifesciences, or a related discipline.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with electronic data capture or clinical data systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced research environment.
- Prior internship or experience in clinical research, CROs, hospitals, or academic research settings is an advantage.
