Job Summary

Kannur Medical College is seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessment, counselling, and therapeutic support to patients across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews.
- Provide individual and family counselling.
- Develop and implement appropriate psychological intervention plans.
- Support patients with emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide psychological support during inpatient and outpatient care.




- Conduct awareness and mental health education programs when required.

Qualification
- M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant hospital/clinical experience will be an added advantage.
