Role & responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Manage leads, follow-ups, consultations and conversions.

- Monitor daily sales and collection reports.

- Center Administration

- Manage day-to-day center operations.

- Ensure proper attendance, discipline and staff coordination.

- Maintain clinic cleanliness, hygiene and basic facilities.

- Team Management

- Supervise sales, reception, technicians and support staff.

- Allocate duties and monitor team performance.

- Conduct regular team meetings and follow-ups.

- Patient Management

- Ensure valuable patient experience and timely follow-up.

- Handle patient complaints and resolve issues.

- Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

- Ensure SOP, company policy and documentation compliance.

- Coordinate with HR, Accounts and Management.





Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Center Manager

- Experience: 36 years in hair transplant, aesthetic, dermatology, beauty, or healthcare clinic.

- Strong knowledge of sales, lead conversion and revenue generation.

- Good understanding of clinic administration and daily operations.

- Experience in team handling and staff management.

- Good communication and patient handling skills.

- Should be comfortable with targets, follow-ups and MIS reporting.

- Basic knowledge of collections, billing and administrative processes.

- Graduate preferred.

- Should be result-oriented, responsible and well-organized.
