Role Description:

 This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Client Servicing

Executive will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication, resolving queries, and ensuring timely updates on campaign performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to execute digital marketing strategies, preparing and delivering reports and presentations, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and agreed timelines. The role involves understanding client business goals, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable briefs, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and account growth.

The Client Servicing

Executive will also support in onboarding new clients, managing feedback, and maintaining accurate documentation of meetings, plans, and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience in Account Management, including handling multiple accounts, tracking performance, and aligning work to client goals.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering clear, engaging Presentations for client meetings and reviews.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving,



and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing) is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort working in a rapid-paced environment..
- Prior experience in client-facing roles within an agency or service-oriented environment preferred.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity and communication.

Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· Good verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

· Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

· Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

· Good knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is preferred.
