Role Description The Client Services Manager Intern is responsible for supporting client relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with client communication, gathering requirements, tracking project status, and coordinating with internal teams to help deliver digital marketing, web development, and content services.

The intern will monitor client feedback, help address service issues,



and contribute to reports on campaign performance and customer satisfaction. This is an internship role and is fully remote, requiring the ability to manage tasks independently, collaborate virtually, and maintain organized records of client interactions.
