Role Description The Client Growth Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing client accounts focused on influencer marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include developing growth strategies, coordinating influencer collaborations, and overseeing campaign execution from planning to reporting. The role involves analyzing performance data, preparing client reports, and optimizing campaigns for user acquisition and brand impact.

Manager will communicate regularly with clients and internal teams, manage timelines and deliverables,



and identify current opportunities for expansion and upselling. Collaboration with creative, media, and analytics teams is essential to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency with Analytics tools to interpret campaign performance and inform optimization.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven Sales skills with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and driving account growth.
- Effective Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital advertising, or performance marketing, ideally in a client-facing role.
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed team environment and across different time zones and cultures.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships, understand business objectives, and translate them into campaign strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
