About the Role

We are looking for a driven Client Experience Executive to join our Operations Team. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operational activities of the company
- Handle the investor lifecycle: end-to-end investor onboarding, including KYC, online account opening, and follow-ups etc.
- Work hands-on with platforms such as wealth management software, BSE Star MF, KFin, and CAMS360 etc.




- Ensure smooth processing of clients' financial and non-financial transactions
- Prepare and track KPIs for internal performance monitoring

Qualifications

- Graduate and above (any discipline)
- Preferred Skills & Qualities
- Robust problem-solving abilities
- Basic personal finance knowledge is helpful
- Excellent objection-handling and communication skills
- Ability to contribute meaningfully to team goals
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Word is helpful
- Strong people skills
