About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Account Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in client account management/ international voice process/recruitment/talent acquisition.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, ensuring timely delivery of candidates, and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day relationships with international clients and act as the primary point of contact.
- Handle client meetings, and business discussions professionally.
- Understand client manpower requirements, job specifications, and recruitment expectations.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition/Recruitment teams to ensure timely candidate delivery.
- Follow up with clients regarding candidate submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide recruitment updates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for additional business and account growth.
- Handle client queries, concerns, escalations,



and resolve issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Work closely with management to achieve client servicing and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Client Account Management/ International Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition/International Voice Process, or a related field.
- Prior experience handling international clients is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience in international voice calls and client communication.
- Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Ability to understand job requirements and coordinate effectively with recruiters.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment/CRM/ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
- Flexible to work according to international time zones when required.
