Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Clearing & Settlement Associate with hands-on experience in trade operations and post-trade processes . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement cycles, and reconciliation processes , while coordinating with brokers, custodians, and exchanges to ensure smooth settlement operations.

Relevant Experience

- Minimum 6 months of experience in clearing & settlement, trade operations, or middle-office roles.
- Hands-on exposure to equity settlement cycles
- Experience working with brokers, custodians, clearing corporations, or exchanges.
- Knowledge of trade reconciliations, settlement breaks, and exception handling.
- Exposure to NSE / BSE settlement processes preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Skills

- Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle.




- Knowledge of clearing & settlement operations.
- Reconciliation and break resolution skills.
- Excel and MIS reporting.
- Understanding of regulatory and NISM guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor equity, derivatives, and crypto trades.
- Coordinate with exchanges, brokers, and custodians for trade settlements.
- Perform trade, position, and fund reconciliations.
- Monitor settlement cycles and resolve settlement exceptions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and NISM compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready operational records and MIS reports.
