Urgent Prospect for the role of Clean Room Low Voltage Engineer

Job Roles & Responsibility

- Getting involved in Cleanroom Electrical design process communication, mainly Vendor Design Release
- Involved in project execution of Cleanroom Electrical, including but not limited to Power Distribution Panels/Motor Control Centres/MPDBs/MLDBs to end tools/accessories/equipment
- Involved in interface and coordination with Civil, Structural, Building Architectural, Mechanical Piping, ELV, Building Electrical, Process Exhaust, Consultant/PMC
- Responsible for site Health & Safety and Cleanroom Construction Protocol compliance
- Supervise Vendor to meet agreed timelines and ensure any variations, if required, are passed directly on to client.
- Getting involved in Contractor's work completion/inspection requests, progressive billing, progress tracking, material delivery tracking, and other contractually obligated documentations
- Coordination of site to include waste management, hire equipment, materials storage, tool storage and charging, site welfare and induction process.




- Managing Contractor and team for Quality Inspections, Snag/Defects Rectification, Cleanroom Pre-validation, Cleanroom Validation, Cleanroom Certification & Handover to Client
- Responsible for the handover of reports, qualification documentations, and as-built drawings

Skills Required

- The successful candidate should have 4 years and will need a proven track record of successful delivery of complex projects within Cleanrooms, building services, M&E; based construction projects, and of delivering multiple zones/areas at one time and managing their own workflow.
- Candidate will need to be able to read and correctly interpret CAD drawings, Bills of Quantities / Material Take Off and be able to manage Vendors to ensure schedules, safety & quality are met.
- Candidate will need to be proficient with Office Suite and have good communication skills.
- Experience of AutoCAD or Revit would be an advantage.
