We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor to supervise and coordinate civil construction activities for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sheds and industrial buildings.

The candidate should have practical site experience in civil works related to PEB structures, including foundations, anchor bolt fixing, RCC works, flooring, masonry, and coordination with PEB erection teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Foundation and RCC Works

- Supervise excavation, PCC, footing reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting works as per approved drawings.
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of anchor bolts, templates, and base plate locations before concreting.
- Monitor foundation levels, dimensions, and reinforcement as per approved structural drawings.
- Coordinate with surveyors and PEB erection teams for foundation layout and anchor bolt positioning.
- Ensure proper curing and quality of concrete works.

1. PEB Shed Civil Works

- Supervise construction of RCC pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, and other civil components related to PEB sheds.
- Monitor construction of brick/block masonry walls, including side walls and partition walls, as per project specifications.
- Supervise plastering, PCC flooring, VDF flooring, and other specified floor finishing works.
- Ensure proper floor levels, slopes, and surface finishing as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate civil works with PEB columns, sheeting, and erection activities to avoid delays or rework.

1. Site Supervision and Labour Management

- Manage daily activities of masons, bar benders, carpenters, and other civil workers.
- Allocate daily work and monitor labour productivity.
- Ensure construction activities are completed as per the project schedule.
- Maintain proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers.

1. Quality Control and Drawing Compliance

- Read and understand civil, structural,



and foundation drawings.
- Check dimensions, levels, reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete quality before execution.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify site discrepancies and report them to the project engineer before proceeding.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, and material consumption records.

1. Safety and Site Coordination

- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions at the construction site.
- Coordinate with PEB erection teams to ensure smooth execution of civil and structural activities.
- Report site issues, delays, and additional work requirements to the project manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial buildings or PEB shed projects.
- Practical knowledge of foundation, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, and flooring works.
- Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements, levelling, and basic quantity calculations.
- Positive labour management and site coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with hands-on experience in PEB shed civil works will be preferred.
- Experience in industrial shed foundations, anchor bolt fixing, and PEB erection coordination is an advantage.
- Should be disciplined, responsible, proactive, and capable of independently managing day-to-day site activities.
