Role: Claims Assessor
Experience: 3+ years
Roles & Responsibility:
- Handle and assess life insurance claims, mainly death claims.
- Check and verify claim documents and policy details.
- Review medical and other supporting documents.
- Process claims as per company policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with branches, hospitals, investigators and internal teams.
- Identify discrepancies and possible fraudulent claims.
- Follow up for pending documents and claim requirements.
- Ensure claims are processed accurately within the defined TAT.
- Handle claim-related queries and maintain proper records.
