- Site Supervision and Execution: Oversee daily construction work, set out lines and levels, and check that workers follow structural and architectural drawings.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials like cement, steel, and sand, test concrete strength before pouring, and ensure work meets industry standards.
- Safety Management: Enforce health and safety rules, check that workers wear protective gear, and keep the site clean and secure.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track daily or weekly progress, note any delays, and write site logs or status reports for managers and clients.
- Coordination and Problem Solving: Communicate with contractors, fix technical issues on the spot, and order raw materials as needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
