Key Responsibilities

- Lead Civil QA/QC activities for residential, high-rise, mall and villa projects.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, codes and quality standards.
- Prepare and implement ITPs, Method Statements, Inspection Checklists and QA/QC plans.
- Conduct inspections for RCC, structural works, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing works.
- Review drawings, specifications and material submittals.
- Conduct material inspections and verify test certificates and quality documentation.
- Identify and manage NCRs, quality observations and corrective actions.
- Monitor concrete works including slump, cube testing, batching and pouring activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors,



architects and project teams for quality compliance.
- Maintain inspection records, test reports, checklists, NCRs and other QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of snags/punch points and support final handover.
- Monitor site execution and ensure adherence to approved quality procedures and safety requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 12–17 years total experience, with 7–8+ years in Civil QA/QC.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in high-rise, residential, mall or villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction quality standards, testing and inspection procedures.
- Good understanding of RCC, structural, finishing and waterproofing works.
- Experience in ITP, Method Statement, NCR and QA/QC documentation.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Willing to work in Chandigarh.
