Field Sales Job Customer Service Engineer (Civil, AutoCAD Expertise)

Role & Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Support

Perform extensive fieldwork, including site visits, to engage directly with customers. Conduct meetings and sessions for customer inquiries and technical support.

Provide technical insights and estimations to assist in decision-making.

Address customer grievances, ensuring high satisfaction and consistent follow-ups.

1. Sales & Lead Management

Generate and convert leads from influencers (masons, civil engineers, architects) to exceed sales targets. Utilize CRM tools to track customer data and sales activities.
1. Market Development & Relationship Building

Enhance brand visibility through marketing initiatives and qualified networking. Build and strengthen relationships with dealers and influencers through campaigns and product demos.
1. Complaint Resolution

Provide first-contact resolution for complaints, escalating when necessary for long-term solutions.
1. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM records,



monitor influencer and dealer interactions, and generate reports for strategic insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering with mandatory AutoCAD expertise.

Experience: 1-3 years in Sales Support & Solutions (preferably in the Steel/TMT, Cement, or Paint industry).

Age Preference: 23-29 years.

Gender: Male only.

Job Type: Field-based role (extensive travel required).
