Site Execution & Supervision: Monitor and execute civil works (WTG foundations, solar ICR, IDT, ICOG, pile works, transmission lines) and oversee quality, safety, and progress across wind/solar sites.
QHSE & Compliance: Implement QHSE policies, safety audits, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and maintain ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) and statutory standards.
Coordination & Reporting: Review BOQs and drawings, coordinate with vendors and contractors, investigate incidents, and prepare daily/weekly compliance and progress reports.
Site Management & Travel: Conduct regular site inspections and travel frequently across project locations in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka.
