Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and implementing project plans for pipeline, structural, and building construction works.

2. Experience in pipelines and structures, micro-irrigation, lift irrigation, and pump houses.

3. Execution of HDPE and MS pipeline work as per approved drawings.

4. Hands-on experience in residential and commercial building construction, from foundation to finishing stages.

5. Maintaining operations by enforcing project and operational policies.

6. Fulfilling project requirements by training and guiding site operations teams.

7. Ensuring adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress.

8. Inspecting construction sites and verifying calculations, layouts, and placements.

9. Database management - maintaining project progress by preparing necessary reports.

10. Preparation of sub-contractor bills.

11. Daily monitoring of manpower and machinery deployment at site.

Willingness to travel to various site locations as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, with proven exposure to residential and/or commercial building projects

- Solid knowledge of pipeline (HDPE/MS), micro-irrigation, and lift irrigation systems

- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards

- Experience in site supervision, billing, and sub-contractor coordination

- Proficient in MS Excel/AutoCAD or relevant project reporting tools

- Strong communication and team-handling skills

- Willingness to relocate/travel to project sites as required

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work under project timelines
