Job Role:Chinese Chef A Chinese Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine while maintaining food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Prepare and portion ingredients before cooking.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste and presentation.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as woks, burners, fryers, and steamers.
- Maintain food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Manage cooking time and ensure orders are prepared promptly.
- Control food wastage and portion sizes.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff and service teams.
- Help develop recent Chinese dishes and menu items.
- Maintain proper storage of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
