Role Description The Chinese Chef (Commis 1 / DCDP) role at SUDHA FOODS is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The chef will prepare and cook Chinese dishes, including starters, main courses, and accompaniments, in accordance with established recipes and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include mise en place, food preparation, seasoning, cooking, plating, and ensuring consistent portion control.

The role involves maintaining strict hygiene practices, following food safety guidelines, and keeping the kitchen area clean and organized. The chef will coordinate with senior kitchen staff,



assist in inventory checks, support menu development, and communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely and accurate service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Food Preparation and Cooking skills, with hands-on experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills, including knife skills, wok handling, and familiarity with Chinese sauces and ingredients.
- Candidates should possess thorough knowledge of Hygiene and food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and cleaning procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Basic culinary education or certification from a recognized institute is preferred.
- Previous experience as Commis 1, DCDP, or similar role in a Chinese or multi-cuisine kitchen is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for extended periods, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn and adhere to company standards.
