Wok Nation is looking for an experienced Momo Chef/Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team in Sonarpur/Bauripur, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality momos/Dimsums with consistent taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare different varieties of steamed, fried, and specialty momos.
- Prepare fillings, dough, chutneys, sauces, and other required ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, quality, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Manage ingredient preparation and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain proper stock of ingredients and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Momo Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of momo/Dimsums preparation techniques and fillings.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced restaurant workplace.
- Positive understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Team-oriented, disciplined, and reliable.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
