Job Role : Identifying, developing and implementing security process across the unit to reduce risk, Respond to incidents and limit exposure to physical and personal risks.

Business / Financial Aspects : Overall in charge of Security Operations (Man, Material Security Operation & Machinery of the plant).

To ensure enforcement of Policies / SOP related with Security Operations

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidate with Graduate & Retired from Military Services (Captain or Major Rank)

Minimum 10 Years of experience after retirement from Military Services as a Chief Security Manager / Officer with manufacturing unit or industry.

Positive command over Marathi, Hindi & English language & computer literacy i.e. MS office.

Height 165 CM minimum & possess four-Wheeler / LMV license.





Age around 45 to 50 Years & with good Physique & health.

Expectations from the role :

Managing security & safety aspects of the unit.

Hands on experience in handling crises management / crises conditions

Good communication skills,

Good handling with union leaders & contract labor related issues,

Good understanding of security protocols & courteous behavior.

Discipline management.

Able to respond quickly to security related emergencies / issues,

Good team management profile to understand the issues of staff & address in amicable manner.

Able to manage team of 45 to 50 security guards & five security officer independently.
