Daily / weekly work
- Owns city-by-city rollout: Nagpur renovation completion, Delhi placement, Bangalore Pernia's, exhibition logistics.
- Manages vendor relationships: PR agency, event producers, security, logistics.
- Weekly review with Founder on the action plan.
- Owns hiring of all roles below VP level.
- Owns the budget monthly P&L; review with Founder and Finance Manager.
Key Result Areas (KRA) Measured by:
- On-time delivery of city milestones.
- Burn rate vs. plan (10% of monthly budget).
- Vendor cost control.
- Team hiring milestones met.
Year-1 deliverable: All city milestones shipped on time, within budget. Three exhibitions executed.
