Role Purpose:-

Lead technical due diligence, property audits and engineering readiness for recent/pre-opening properties before onboarding, while ensuring operational reliability, safety, compliance and cost efficiency across assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-onboarding technical audits of hotels/properties to assess overall engineering condition and readiness.
- Audit HVAC, electrical systems, DG, UPS, LT/HT panels, plumbing, pumps, lifts, fire & life-safety systems, STP/WTP and other MEP assets.
- Identify technical gaps, critical defects, deferred maintenance and safety risks and prepare audit reports with corrective actions.
- Assess asset condition, remaining life, repair/replacement requirements and estimated maintenance/CAPEX requirements.
- Review property PPM plans, maintenance records, AMC contracts, statutory certificates and compliance status.
- Evaluate utility infrastructure and consumption and identify energy/water-saving opportunities.
- Validate engineering manpower, SOPs, spares, tools and maintenance readiness before property onboarding.
- Support pre-opening snagging, commissioning, testing and handover of engineering systems.
- Prepare technical due-diligence reports, CAPEX/R&M; estimates and property readiness dashboards for management.
- Coordinate with property owners, contractors, vendors and internal teams for closure of identified technical gaps.




- Post-onboarding, monitor PPM, breakdowns, equipment uptime, utilities, maintenance costs and engineering standards.
- Lead and develop property engineering teams and ensure adherence to PRISM engineering standards and SOPs.

Qualification:-

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.

Preferred Background

Candidates from hospitality/hotel engineering, hotel pre-opening, multi-property engineering, technical due diligence or large-scale facility engineering backgrounds preferred.
