We are looking for a Channel Sales Specialist to strengthen and expand our B2B partner network across the Digital Signage, AV, Display, IT Hardware/Software, and System Integration ecosystem.

The key focus of this role is to develop channel partners, convert existing industry relationships into active business partnerships, and build recurring project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities? Develop and expand Wilyer’s B2B channel partner network

? Identify and onboard resellers, dealers, AV companies, system integrators, and technology partners

? Convert existing/dormant contacts into active business partners

? Build long-term relationships with commercial and technical decision-makers

? Generate and qualify new business opportunities through account-based outreach

? Conduct product presentations and live solution demonstrations

? Manage the complete sales cycle — qualification, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure

? Drive partner onboarding, training, enablement, and business development

? Represent Wilyer at industry exhibitions and events such as InfoComm India and Palm Expo





? Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasting, and regular reporting

? Develop partners from their first project toward consistent and repeat business

? Travel across India for partner meetings and industry events as required

What We’re Looking For✅ 1–6+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Channel Sales / Partner Development / Business Development in AV, Digital Signage is mandatory

✅ Experience in developing channel partners, resellers, dealers, or system integrators

✅ Strong experience in relationship management and sales closure

✅ Ability to handle proposals, pricing, negotiation, and commercial discussions

✅ Solid presentation and product demonstration skills

✅ Experience in Digital Signage, AV, Display, IT Hardware/Software, SaaS, or System Integration is preferred

✅ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

✅ Willingness to work onsite and travel for business requirements
