Key Responsibilities

- Manage the agents to drive insurance business.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with agents

- Advise customers on suitable insurance solutions based on their needs.

- Conduct regular product training and refresher sessions agents

- Provide prompt service and support for customer queries and policy-related requirements.

- Drive sales productivity and improve insurance penetration .

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes.

- Participate in customer meetings, and sales campaigns to enhance business generation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in Agency Motor, Insurance Sales is preferred.
