Qualification: MBA in Marketing, Finance, Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the operations of all three Bengaluru centres. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue, managing day-to-day centre operations, ensuring administrative efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer/patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Drive sales, revenue, and business growth across all three Bengaluru centres.
- Set and monitor centre-wise sales targets and performance.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement local marketing and promotional activities.

2. Centre Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of all three centres.
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office, patient/customer handling, appointments, billing, and other operational activities.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
- Monitor centre productivity and identify areas for operational improvement.

3. Team Management

- Lead, supervise, and motivate centre teams.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, training, onboarding, and development of centre staff.

4. Administration

- Oversee administrative activities across all three centres.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentation,



inventory, and supplies.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other corporate teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational and administrative issues.

5. Customer/Patient Experience

- Maintain high standards of customer/patient service.
- Handle escalations and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor feedback and implement corrective measures to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage patient consultation before procedure about all Treatment

6. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, revenue, operations, staffing, and centre performance.
- Analyse key performance indicators and take corrective actions where required.
- Present centre performance updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or similar service industry.
- MBA in Marketing, Finance, Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong sales and business development orientation.
- Experience managing multiple teams/locations will be an advantage.
- Robust leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple centres and handle operational priorities independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and reporting systems.
- Should be willing to travel between the three Bengaluru centres as required.
