1. Clinical Oversight:

· Supervise and ensure high-quality patient care during catheterization procedures.

· Maintain a secure and sterile environment in the Cath lab.

· Assist in all Cath lab related procedures as needed.

2. Staff Management:

· Manage the Cath lab nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

· Facilitate continuous education and professional development for staff.

· Ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts.

· Attend oncall duties whenever required

3. Administrative Duties:

· Develop and implement policies and protocols to enhance patient care and safety.

· Monitor and manage the Cath lab budget, including supplies, equipment, and staffing costs.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

4. Patient Care Coordination:

· Oversee the pre-procedure and post-procedure care of patients.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
