Category Manager Staples

We are looking for an experienced Category Manager-Branded Staples to own and drive the growth of the category through P&L; management, assortment, pricing, vendor/brand partnerships, promotions, and inventory optimization.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-end Branded Staples Category Management and business performance.
- Category P&L;, sales, margins, pricing, and growth.
- Brand/vendor management, negotiations, and commercial partnerships.
- Assortment planning, new product/brand onboarding, and portfolio expansion.
- Promotional planning and execution to drive sales and profitability.
- Inventory availability, freshness, stock levels, and working capital.
- Data-driven category reviews, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaboration with Supply Chain,



Marketing, Finance, Product/Technology, and other stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

- 5 to 10 years of relevant Category Management experience.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Branded Staples / Staples Category.
- Experience across Grocery / FMCG / E-commerce is preferred.
- Robust understanding of P&L;, pricing, margins, assortment, vendor management, and inventory.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
