About the Role

Skyline Career is looking for a confident, driven, and people-oriented Career Advisor to join our growing team.

You’ll connect with IT professionals, understand their career goals, explain our services, and guide qualified candidates through the onboarding journey.

This is a consultative sales role focused on conversations, relationships, and conversions—not just cold calling.

What You'll Do

- Connect with IT professionals through outbound calls.
- Understand their experience, career goals, and requirements.
- Explain Skyline Career's services and value proposition.
- Build strong relationships and handle questions/objections.
- Follow up with interested candidates and drive conversions.
- Guide qualified candidates through registration & onboarding.
- Maintain candidate details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with Recruiting & Bench Sales teams.
- Achieve individual and team conversion targets.

What We're Looking For

- 0–3 years in Inside Sales, B2C/B2B Sales, Recruitment, Staffing, Career Counseling, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive,



and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Solid listening, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- IT staffing/recruitment experience is a plus, not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of the U.S. IT staffing market is an added advantage.
