Blackbucks Education Pvt. Ltd. are looking for passionate and experienced Career Readiness & Employability Trainers to join our training team and deliver impactful career-readiness programs across colleges and universities in India.

POSITION: Career Readiness & Employability Trainer

Location: Anywhere in India

Engagement: Full-Time / Freelance / Contract

Travel: Frequent travel across cities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver training on Communication Skills, Resume Building, Interview Skills, Group Discussions, Presentation Skills, Workplace Etiquette and Placement Preparation.

- Conduct auditorium and large-batch sessions for 200–1,000+ students.
- Engage students through interactive activities and effective audience management.
- Coordinate with TPOs, Placement Heads, Faculty and College Leadership.
- Represent Blackbucks professionally at colleges and universities.
- Collect feedback, track participation and submit post-session reports.
- Identify student skill gaps and additional training requirements.
- Stay updated with AI, GenAI, recruitment practices and changing industry expectations.




- Travel to assigned colleges across India as required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on experience in college/university training is strongly preferred.

- Experience handling large student batches and auditorium sessions.
- Excellent English & Telugu communication skills.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, facilitation and stage presence.
- Experience in employability, placement or career-readiness programs.
- Robust stakeholder management and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• College or university training experience

- Large-batch delivery experience
- Placement or employability program experience
- TPO and faculty interaction experience
- Corporate training experience
- Relevant training/professional certifications
