About the Role

We are building the next generation of social interaction for Gen Z:

- ShotsIn: Local media feeds to get your content seen. ?
- Riply: Private, real-time messaging, Ghost Mode, and anonymous Hypes.

We’re hiring energetic Campus Growth Leads to represent ShotsIn & Riply on your campus. You won't be writing boring reports or attending endless corporate meetings. Your goal is simple: drive hyper-local density and make these two apps the talk of your campus. What You’ll Do (60 Mins/Day)

- Seed Local Shots: Post 2–3 authentic photos/short clips of campus life, events, or local moments on ShotsIn.
- Spark Curiosity on Riply: Drop anonymous Hypes and Ghost Mode messages to campus creators, society heads, and friends to get them sharing their profiles.
- Campus Distribution: Share high-engagement content previews and link drops into active class WhatsApp groups, society chats, and hostel networks.
- Gather Feedback: Tell us directly what your peers like, what they hate, and what features they want next.

Who We Are Looking For

- Current College Student: Living on campus or deeply connected to student culture, hostel networks, or college societies/clubs.
- Socially Active: Comfortable posting on Instagram,



active in WhatsApp groups, and up to date with modern Gen Z trends and campus humor.
- Self-Motivated: Able to spend 1 focused hour a day executing a straightforward, proven growth checklist without being micromanaged.
