Monitor CCTV cameras continuously and ensure proper surveillance of all designated areas. Keep a close watch on employee activities, store operations, security, and customer areas. Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, misconduct, safety violations, or operational irregularities.
Maintain proper records of key incidents and CCTV observations. Review and retrieve CCTV footage whenever required by management. Immediately inform the concerned manager about any major incident or unusual activity.
