Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare different types of tea, coffee and basic hot beverages

- Prepare basic café snacks such as sandwiches, Maggi, fries, pasta, etc. according to the café menu

- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation

- Handle food preparation, cooking and plating

- Serve prepared food and beverages when required

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking area

- Properly store and handle ingredients

- Check basic kitchen stock and inform the manager when supplies are low

- Maintain cooking equipment and utensils properly

- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties

- Work with counter staff to ensure orders are prepared and served on time

- Follow portion sizes and recipes to control food costs

- Help with other café tasks during busy hours

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
