Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide good customer service.

- Manage the front counter and day-to-day café operations.

- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and POS.

- Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.

- Maintain cleanliness of the café, tables, and customer areas.

- Assist with serving food and beverages and clearing tables.

- Manage basic stock and inform the manager about requirements.

- Explain the café menu, offers, and activities to customers.

- Guide customers with board game selection and explain game rules.

- Help customers set up and play board games.

- Keep all board games, cards, and game components organized and safe.

- Assist with opening and closing the café.

- Support the team during busy hours, weekends,



events, and birthdays.

- Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when required.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Friendly, energetic, and responsible.

- Basic computer/POS knowledge.

- Willingness to learn and explain board games.

- Café, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.

- Flexible week holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
