Role Description

We are looking for a C++ Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in C++ development, software engineering, system programming, application development, backend development, performance optimization, multithreading, algorithms, Linux, and enterprise software solutions.

The C++ Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, engineering, supply chain, and other business teams to develop, test, maintain, and improve reliable and performance-focused software applications and internal technology solutions.

The role may involve working with C++, C, object-oriented programming, STL, multithreading, Linux, networking, databases, APIs, build systems, debugging tools, cloud platforms, system integration, and modern software-development practices depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Electronics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in C++ development, software engineering, software development, system programming, application development, backend development, embedded software, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as C++ Software Engineer, C++ Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Systems Engineer,



Application Developer, Backend Developer, Embedded Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, telecom, electronics, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, analytics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of C++ programming and software-development fundamentals.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, pointers, references, memory management, classes, inheritance, polymorphism, templates, and exception handling.
- Familiarity with Standard Template Library concepts such as vectors, maps, sets, queues, stacks, iterators, algorithms, and containers will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of C programming will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to modern C++ standards such as C++11, C++14, C++17, C++20, or newer concepts will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, mutexes, threads, asynchronous programming, or parallel processing will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of operating-system concepts such as processes, threads, memory, file systems, IPC, and scheduling will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Linux, Unix, Windows, command-line tools, shell scripting, or system environments will be beneficial.
- Exposure to network programming, sockets, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, client-server architecture, or communication protocols will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, SQLite, Oracle, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Exposure to REST APIs, JSON, web services, system integration, or backend-service development will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with CMake, Make, GCC, Clang, Visual Studio, MSVC, or similar compilers and build tools will be beneficial.




- Exposure to debugging and profiling tools such as GDB, Valgrind, Visual Studio Debugger, sanitizers, or performance profilers will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, testing, debugging, and team-oriented software-development workflows.
- Exposure to unit-testing frameworks such as Google Test, Catch2, Boost.Test, or similar tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Boost libraries, Qt, STL-based frameworks, or similar C++ libraries will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to embedded systems, firmware, IoT, robotics, automation, industrial applications, or hardware-software integration will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, high-performance applications, real-time systems, or scalable software architectures will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of software performance, memory optimization, resource management, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Python, Java, C#, Go, or other programming languages will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, C++ project, system-programming project, embedded project, GitHub project, coding competition, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time C++ development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new C++ standards, software architectures, development tools, system technologies, and up-to-date software-engineering practices.
